Welcome to Textilis House! By purchasing our products, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Orders

All drapes, curtains, and soft furnishings are made to order according to the specifications approved by the customer. Because items are custom-made, all sales are final once production has begun.

• Customers are responsible for confirming:
• Measurements
• Fabric selection
• Lining type
• Hardware choices
• Color selections
• Mounting style
• Special customization details

We are not responsible for errors in measurements or specifications provided or approved by the customer.

Payment

• Full payment is required at the time of order confirmation.
• Orders will not enter production until payment has been received in full.
• Payments are non-refundable due to the custom nature of our products.
• Late or declined payments will result in order cancellation.
• Payments can be made via credit/debit cards, or other methods specified on our website.

Order Changes & Cancellations

All change requests must be submitted in writing within 24 hours of order confirmation.

• We can only accept modifications within 24 hours of the order being placed (before the order enters into production).
• Changes requested after order confirmation may incur additional charges.
• Orders cannot be cancelled once fabric has been cut, materials have been ordered, or production has begun.

4. Because all items are custom-made, payments are non-refundable once production has started.

Production Timeline

Estimated production timelines are provided at the time of order confirmation. Timelines may vary due to:

• Fabric availability
• Supplier delays
• Seasonal demand
• Custom complexity

We are not liable for delays caused by third-party suppliers or circumstances beyond our control.

Fabric & Material Variations

Please note:

• Dye lots may vary slightly.
• Natural fabrics may have texture or color variations.
• Computer and phone screens may display colors differently.
• Fabric shrinkage or stretching within industry tolerance standards may occur.

These variations are not considered defects.

Measurements

• If measurements are provided by the client, the client assumes full responsibility for their accuracy.
• We are not responsible for fit issues resulting from incorrect measurements supplied or approved by the customer.
• Customers are encouraged to carefully review and confirm all measurements prior to order confirmation, as all custom items are made according to the dimensions provided.

Shipping and Delivery

• We offer shipping to various locations. Shipping fees and delivery times vary based on your location and chosen shipping method.
• Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance and are not guaranteed.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Risk of loss transfers upon delivery.

Returns & Refunds

• Due to the custom nature of our products:
• All custom orders are final sale.
• Returns and exchanges are not accepted.
• Refunds are only issued in cases of verified manufacturing defects.
